These are pokemon that are upcomming in some way, not just as DLC for an existing game, they could be from a release of an entirely new game. They will be added to either the random or saturday pool when they are released in a game. But there is a 16 day delay between me putting them into their pools just to give people time to get used to the new pokemon, and to maybe give MSP Guy !!5FVS7Ai6IW9 time to have these pokemon drawn in threads made by him, if he comes back, which he does 2 weeks after the release of a new generation of pokemon.
